turn on FSR 2. set global quality preset to medium. (Steam Deck settings) Limit Framerate/refresh rate to 40. Its will be mostly stable 30-40 once assets are loaded in. However due to culling, the game will load in and out assets as you play the games normally. its extremely frustrating, it will be stable 35-40 and randomly dip 12-23 and work
I've been playing on steam deck and desktop (hooray for cloud saves), I find the deck playable and the desktop like a breath of fresh air. Deck is default Low, PC is default High 1440p (4790k, 2070, no dlss or RT)
